POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Our courses are offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or handicap. If you need special accommodations, please notify us and we will happily make the necessary arrangements.
Registration Policy: Advance registration ends at 5:00 PM on each Friday preceding the week of the scheduled seminar. Class sizes are limited. Walk-ins and late registration accepted as space available with $10 late fee.
Attendance Policy: These courses have been approved for four hours each of Continuing Education credit. Credit for the above course(s) requires full attendance for the entire duration of each course. If for any reason you are unable to attend the entire course, enter late, leave early, or take extended breaks, you will not receive credit. Attendance records are maintained by VHA,LLC for five years.
Seminar Cancellation: The school reserves the right to cancel with full refund if there is insufficient enrollment or in the case of an emergency such as natural disaster, disruptive weather conditions, instructor illness or incapacitation. If the course is cancelled, you will be advised at the above email address or telephone number as soon as possible and refunds will be automatically issued by the school.
Student Cancellation: Scheduled attendees providing notice of cancellation by registration cutoff (each preceding Friday, 5:00 PM) will be entitled to reschedule to another VHA CE course offered through the end of scheduled seminars for the current season as available with a $25 rescheduling fee. No shows will not be entitled to rescheduling or refund. There are no refunds and no exceptions.
Certificate: Upon successful completion of the course, a Certificate of Completion will be provided to the student. Duplicate or replacement certificates are $20.00 each.
